Complex product design
Turning complex tools and workflows into products people can actually understand and use.
About
I design complex software so people can actually use it — helping teams turn messy systems, data, and workflows into clear, usable products.
I tend to work on products that are hard to get right — tools with lots of moving parts, complex data, and users who need to make real decisions. My role is to make those products clearer, easier to navigate, and more reliable to use.
Across web, mobile, and desktop products, I help teams figure out how their product should actually work — what users need to see, what matters most, and how to structure things so people can act with confidence.
I've built design systems, led UX across multiple product areas, improved design maturity inside organisations, and worked closely with product managers, engineers, and subject matter experts to turn specialist tools into clearer, more intuitive experiences.
I focus on products that help people make decisions — not just look good, but actually support real work.. Products that help people interpret information, navigate ambiguity, and move through work with more clarity and less friction.
The through-line across my work is making difficult systems easier to reason about.
